I can not get in touch with this company to stop charging me! I received one lesson and no more and still get charged 3 times since then, I tried calling them and tried e-mailing them to get them to stop, and no luck, can anyone help me?

I did the same Survey for a free laptop; we have to stop them from doing this. It is such a scam, and yet they still send this out to un-suspecting people!! the phone number says to call back during business hours and does not say what the times are!

This is Onlingo Customer Service, and we saw your complaint and are very concerned. We do print our phone number and web site on each shipment.

We looked for your account with the information which you provided in your complaint, however we were only able to locate one Christine in Binghamton, New York. This account has been cancelled when we recieved a phone call on 6/28/06, and at that time we offered a refund and sent you an email with the return information. As of now we are just waiting for our merchandise to be returned so that we can refund that account.

6/28/06 is the only time that we were contacted by phone on this account, and there are no emails, so if this is not your account we apologize for the mix up and would be happy to assist you.
