OnLingo, TriClear I received an email from TriClear, saying I would be receiving an order that I didn't place via email. I immediately emailed back saying I had placed no such order, please cancel. They sent it anyway, along with some OnLingo cd never got an email about them at all!. Customer support hung up on me twice when I tried to find out how these orders were placed. I received an email from a company called TriClear, saying they were shipping me an order which I never actually ordered. I emailed back saying so, and asked that they cancel this order. They emailed back and said it had already been shipped, but I could send it back but they wouldn't refund the shipping charges.
The TriClear order showed up a few days later, along with a package from OnLingo, which I also didn't order. Nor did I ever receive an email about this order. I looked up OnLingo online and called their customer support, and told them the case. The support woman said I need to call OnLingo's support, and said I had called TriClear. I got totally confused, because I had never called TriClear! Obviously, they were the same company. When I got mad and said I DID call OnLingo, she went all ghetto on me and hung up.
So, I hit redial and called back - and got the same customer support woman! This time, she said I'd reached OnLingo, not TriClear. I explained to her I'd called the same number, and did she know who she worked for or not? When I tried to find out more info, and she would not give me a direct number for a supervisor, I informed her I would be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges. Here response? "Go ahead, we win all our online disputes."
I couldn't believe it, and said so, saying, "Wow, that's your customer support response?" She said yes, if I was going to threaten her that way, and then hung up on me again.

Dear Nan,
When a free trial of TriClear is ordered, we offer 2 weeks (after delivery) to decide whether the customer would like to keep the order before accounts are billed. If during the 2 week trial period it is decided not to continue with TriClear the customer would need to contact us via our toll free number or the internet to cancel the subscription. This information is explained in the Terms and Conditions which are outlined at the time of order placement. We also have a check box that must be filled out stating the customer had read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions before the order could be processed.
Please contact our customer service department to cancel your subscription and return the product for a refund.
Sincerely,
TriClear Management
