I, too, was the unfortunate recipient of the Onlingo Spanish CD. Upon receiving the CD I immediately called the company to try to return the unsolicited language product. They canceled "my" $79.95 subscription and said they would send me a RMA "Return Merchandise Authorization" via email.

I went on with life and never saw their email. It wasn't until I saw their charge on my Credit Card that I was still waiting for their RMA. They claimed to have sent 4 emails to me with the RMA number on it. I saw no emails. They said that my spam filter probably bumped them into my Spam file and that the time limit for returns was over due. I asked to return the package still in original shrinkwrap for the full refund and I would pay the postage.

After 15 heated minutes with the customer service agent and his supervisor they only refunded half the total price and told me to keep the product. This company is predatory and has abosultely no scrupples. It's customer and business practice is the exact opposite from Zappos. Now that Amazon owns Zappos, they should think twice about doing business with companies like Onlingo with a horrible track record with customer service and no business ethics.
