Onlingo Worst experience ever!! Rip offs!! Ontario California
Okay so I'm a sucker and now I realize that if it sounds too good to be true it really is. I responded to an add just do this and get this...
I read the onlingo information and thought it would be good as we are planning a vacation and knowing spanish would be helpful. After I submitted my information I talked to my husband who was well not happy.
I called the number provided by onlingos confirmation email and spoke to a woman who said that my card had not been charged and that it wouldnt be. She was so nice and sent me a confirmation email. So I thought all was taken care of. Two days later they charged my account. This has resulted in $68 in fees and a extremely unhelpful call to customer service about it.
They said so nicely that I'm lucky I got the shipping fees refunded?? What are they talking about lucky.. I called within hours of signing up and cancelled I should have never been charged in the first place.
I informed the supervisor Zack that I intended to tell everyone about my story and all he said was good luck in your pursuit of that. All I asked for was that they refunded my bank fees as they are the ones in the wrong to charge me 2 days after I cancelled something.
I'm just another sucker...I would avoid doing business with them at all costs.
