Complaint Review: Only Behold - The Only Phone Network - Elite Extreme - Onlymyphone.com

I ordered 3 items from onlydroid.com which is also onlyphonenetwork.com. I did not receive an email letting me know my order was received, or anything else from them, except a charge to my credit card.

I added second day air at extra cost. On the 3rd business day, I contacted them by email and received no response, so I called on day 4. I was told it had shipped, but they could not give me a tracking number.

I received a package 4 days later via first class mail. It contained only one item, but listed all 3 as well as the $12.99 2nd day air charge.

I called an was told the package should arrive by the end of the week. It did not.

I called today and was told the other 2 items were backordered and they may get them in in a week or two.

I said to cancel the order and refund my money for the unreceived items and the air charges. She said she would refund the charges for the items, but not the air charges. I told her they shipped 1st Class - and I have the envelope. It says USPS First Class, and while I am unable to read the scatter code, the rate says 3 ounce parcel rate.

She insisted it shipped by air.

I plan to dispute the charges, but I will never deal with them again.
