Only Phone Network / Only Att Eternity Ripped Me Off on Cell Accessories Longwood, Florida
This company rips off consumers on cell phone accessories. I ordered 3 items for a Samsung Eternity cell phone and I called them to cancel the order. A customer service person said they would try.
A few days later I received the package anyway and all but 1 item was backordered. The item sent was just a 9.99 item so they had kept 5.99 postage cost for a 9.99 item. They say they will be giving me a refund for the remaining 2 items but NO REFUND ON ANY SHIPPING. It not my fault they took my money for items that were not even in stock and then say no refunds on ANY shipping fees. Also it took several days to actually get them on the phone.
