Complaint Review: Only Phone NetWork

I placed on order on their site for accessories for my new omnia. They had the cheapest prices online, but not by so much I would realize it was a scam. I paid for two day shipping. The claim to process orders in one to three business days with orders usually shipping within 24 hrs.

I placed an order, waited over a week and nothing. Sent emails to customer support, no reply. I called the customer service number waited on hold for almost an hour, even though I was the number one on the queue and was told it would be a minute wait. When I finally got through they told me I would receive my order today since it was shipped two days ago, well past three business days. Well, i checked the mail, nothing.
I would advise all others out there to avoid this site at all cost. You would be better off burning your cold hard cash, at least that would fun to watch.
