Onlyatteternity.com did not deliver merchandise, will not return e-mails or calls Internet
I ordered several items for my samsung eternity. I paid extra for 3-day delivery. It has been 8 days and no word from company. They did not send an e-mail order confirmation. They did not respond to my e-mails. When I called "customer service", I was told my call would be answered in approximately one minute. I waited several times for up to 12 mins. I have yet to speak to anyone from this company. I will never again order from them and I will advise friends and family to stay away from onlyatteternity.com.

I finally spoke to a live person. He said he would credit my account for extra shipping. He said my order would be in today and he would send a confirmation e-mail
Went to post office...no package. Checked e-mail...no confirmation e-mail. I called and waited on line for over 10 minutes and finally talked to a different person. He is exchanging my previous order and is sending me an additional one at no cost (other than what I already payed for on my credit card). He was very nice and helpful. But this has been a huge fiasco and I will never order from them again.
At this point, I really don't even expect my exchange to be here when they said it would in 3 days. We'll see...
