My husband purchased the Samsung Behold T919 phone for me for my birthday. It's hard to find accessories for this phone, esp at the stores like Best Buy etc... All I needed was a screen protector and a nice case. So my husband found them on that onlybehold website and purchased it for me as a surprise. He told me that he purchased it online and it should be coming within the next 3 days cause he purchased the 3 day shipping method. He never recieved a confirmation email about his purchase but did recieve it when he purchased it from their website and printed out that screen. So today he checks his email and still nothing.

I end up calling the place and after 10 times of trying to get through, I finally speak with a human being, ELIZABETH. Here we go, Miss ELIZABETH tells me that my husband will recieve an email comfirmation once the order has been processed. Processing can take up to 24-72 hours. ARE YOU SERIOUS?! IT SHOULDN'T MATTER HOW LONG PROCESSING TAKES THE CONSUMER SHOULD ALWAYS RECEIVE AN EMAIL NOTICE STATING A PURCHASE HAS BEEN PLACED, CORRECT? So the order may be processed today 02/26/2009, or tomorrow, or better yet Monday 03/02/2009. Cause apparently on their website it states, "No orders are processed on weekends and holidays." I asked if I can cancel out this particular order, MISS ELIZABETH states, "Ma'am I can't do that cause I don't know what you purchase nor has the order been processed." Then I ask her, well is it possible if you can tell me if a certain item is on back ordered... Ma'am no.

Now this is where I start to lose my cool after trying to be civil about things I hate receiving answers like no. I tell her this is poor communication, what kind of service are you giving consumers like me, it's d**n well 2009 how can you not look up items to see if it's in stock or backordered. FED-UP with them. After researching, or should I say GOOGLING, the phone number of this so-called company and the name, I noticed that it's a fraudulent, 2 timing, scam business from ripoff report. I called my husband to let him know, so this way he can call the bank and put a stop payment to them. In order for my husband to get a full refund he needs a receipt from this place. In order for this order to be cancelled, the order has to be processed. So as I read other complaints I doubt my husband is gonna see a dime back huh? Go figure, my husband wanted to surprise me, instead he gets rip the $@#! off!
