On 1-11-2010 I placed an order on www.onlyeris.com with my mastercard.
As of yet I have not received any emails regarding my order or the shipping of the merchandise.

On 1-16-2010 I sent an email to their listed contact email with a copy of the yahoo receipt and an inquiry as to the status of my order.  I have not received any response.

Today 1-19-2010 I called their customer service number (321) 207-3700 and spoke with an individual who refused to give her name.  She told me that my order shipped today and not sooner because they did not have the product that I purchased from their site.  My credit card was charged on 1-13-2010, and I do work for a company that has an online store and I am well aware of the laws concerning Credit Card charges not taking place until an order has been shipped.

The customer service lady told me I should have received an email confirming the order has shipped, yet I have not received it.  I simply asked her if she could forward that email to me again to ensure I do receive it, and again she refused.  

I asked why I was not notified of the shipping delay, and she had no answer to give me other than the order was shipped today which I cannot confirm.  

I then asked to speak to a supervisor and she hung up on me.  I have tried calling their customer service number as well as the main office number that is listed on their website and they continue to hang up on me as soon as they pick up the line.  




I then placed the call from another phone and actually got to speak to someone again.  His name was Jason and he informed me that only part of my order had shipped today and two items were on backorder.  I inquired about emails from them and was told all the emails are automated.  I asked to speak to a supervisor and I finally got to speak with Ashley.  This person was the same voice that I spoke to the first time I called.  I asked if they could resend any emails concerning this order and I was told that they cannot do that because it is private information.  I simply asked to forward the emails to the email account the order was made from.  Again I was told no, so I canceled my order.

They claim all emails are sent by an automated system.  I'm a web programmer for the company I work for and I'm very well aware of these automated systems and how they work.

I never received a single email from these people and I did in fact check my spam and junk mail filters.  No emails from them were found period.
