I ordered a battery for my Samsung phone on September 12th. My credit card was immediately charged but the order never arrived. On November 13th I emailed customer service and asked that my order be cancelled and my credit card refunded. On November 16th I received a reply stating that the order would be shipped to me as soon as it arrived. I responded immediately that I no longer wanted the battery and insisted that my credit card be refunded. That same day I received an email stating that my order was cancelled. It is now December 30th and I have not yet received a refund (despite numerous emails to the company). I am furious and want my money back!
