I ordered a phone case for my Samsung Omnia on September 4th. I did not receive a confirmation e-mail like I am accustomed to. I expected my shipment within a week. But now its been almost 2 weeks. I called the customer service number & spoke to someone who did not want to give me her name. I told her I was a customer and she then told me her name was Liz. I told her that I had placed an order and she cut me off and said "oh well its on back order" and then hung up. I do not have time or patience to play games with these people. I really wish I had stuck to ordering on E-bay but we live & we learn. I'm not giving up though. I sent my payment through paypal.com & I have opened a dispute against this company. For all those who have ordered through paypal, I suggest to do the same. I will let you know how it turns out.

So like I said, I filed a dispute with Paypal. Onlyphonenetwork.com responds & provides me with a tracking #. Funny how I called yesterday, and they said it was on back order. Today they've suddenly shipped it? Something's not right. So they said it was being shipped via USPS so I go to their website and surprise, surprise: the website states "There is no record of this item."

I then went back to paypal and informed them that the tracking # they provided is made up. We'll see where it goes next. But I've given up hope that I'll get the case, but I hope I get my money back.
