Onlyphonenetwork.com onlygravity SCAM, SCAM, SCAM Buyer Beware Longwood, Florida
Purchased an order on November 5, 2009 through Onlygravity.com aka OnlyPhoneNetwork.com. for cellphone covers. I wished I would have come across these complaints earlier. The company was extremely rude when I told them that I wanted my order cancelled after being told that the order was on back-order. I told them that I wanted my credit card refunded and I kept getting the run around from them. I told "Liz" the rep. that I have already filed a complaint against them through the BBB. She told me that because I filed a complaint that would "freeze" my refund and that there was "nothing" she could do. The BBB never "freezes" any accounts. I don't see how anyone who works for companies like these sleep at night. 30 days later no refund. Buyer Beware, this company is a SCAM! We closed our credit card do these idiots!
