I purchased some phone accessories from this website in early August, my credit card was charged the day after I made the purchase. No confirmation email. No tracking information.
In late September, I still had not received my order, no phone call or email as to the delay. I phoned the company and was told that my order was on back order (which was never told to me when I placed the order), they told me that as soon as it came in, it would be shipped to me and they had no idea when that would be.
In November, I still had not received my order. I phoned them and was told that it had shipped and was returned to them, again, I was never notified.
I told them I was very unhappy with the service and to just please refund my visa card. I was told this would be done within 5-7 days, this was October 30, 2009. 7 business days later, no refund.
I did some research and found several complaints regarding this online business and that there had been several complaints made to the Better Business Bureau. I emailed the company and told them that I wanted my refund and a response to my email by the end of the week, this was 11/10/09. They emailed on 11/11/09 me that my card would be refunded within 10 days.
It is now 11/24/09 and again no refund.
Do not do business with this company!!!!! Their customer service is non existent and they lie. This company should not be allowed to do business.
