THE MAIN REASON I TAKE TO TIME TO WRITE THIS IS SO THAT PEOPLE WILL BE AWARE OF THIS RIP OFF COMPANY

I recently purchased a flash ram card from Tiger Direct
there is a link to onrebate.com to start the rebate process

After entering all the details about my purchase
I get to a page, that says enter tracking number.

A tracking number is supposed to be emailed to me, The email never arrived.

A few days later I tried again using a different email address and the same thing happened. Without this tracking number you cannot print out the rebate form.

I emailed the company asking how to proceed, they never answer me.

This is the 4th time I have tried to get my rebate back from onrebate.com and I have been refused or not been able to complete the process each time.

Last time they said I did not sign the form, but they don't put anywhere on the form to sign, so you are not aware of this.

Each time they have found some reason not to pay, each time I have been extremely careful to fill in the forms correctly, but never has it been correct.

I hate this company, I'm convinced that nobody every gets back there rebates from them.
