I purchased a personal computer from Tigerdirect for $699 with a $100 rebate. I did all of the complicated instructions to claim my rebate. I received an email claiming my rebate was denied due to a missing UPC. Fortunately my wife kept a copy of the UPC which I sent the original to OnRebate.com. I mailed a 2nd copy of the UPC to OnRebate per OnRebate's request more than a month ago, and still have not received any acknowledgement on a change in status of my rebate.
