OnRebate.Com Failed to redeem a rebate for Ultra Power Supply Miami Internet
OnRebate claimed that the original UPC was not included in the rebate request however a copy of the paperwork I had showed the UPC with the form that was sent in. It was taped to the form that was sent in.
I sent a followup email with the request for explanation or support and an automatic message was generated stating that they would get back to me within 72 hours but I never got a response.
This site seems to be a rip off only honoring about 50% of the rebates they receive. I have had problems with other rebates in the past and have gotten the same non-response.

After submitting the a copy of the information to a response to the representative from Onrebate they apparently are going to honor the rebate submission. I will know in approx. 8 weeks. I will post another update when and if the check arrives.
Thanks!!

Dear Dave,
Usually when a rebate gets denied for "no upc" is because commonly customers send in an incorrect barcode thinking it is the UPC. We have seen cases where a customer sends the UPS label or the vendors barcode instead of the manufacturers UPC.
There is also the possibility that the upc fell off the form.
Please note that these mistakes are very common and are easily resolved, depending on the manufacturer we are usually take resubmissions (Ultra being one of them).
Please send me and email to nadina.urdaneta@onrebate.com and I will instruct you to resubmit with a copy of your upc/
