OnRebate.com - HannsG - TigerDirect.com rebate ripoff scam, what appears to make it easy to claim a rebate makes it impossible Miami Florida
The OnRebate.com process offered from TigerDirect.com when I purchased a 19" Hanns-G monitor has turned out to be nothing more than yet another way to cheat the consumer. Officially OnRebate.com claims the "barcode" is incorrect that was supplied with the rebate application. This is absolutely incorrect. The barcode was exactloy what was requested, included the item # and description along with the barcode. There were several carcodes on the product, but all we the same. Additionally, OnRebate .com claimed to have a system that did not require any mail-in of forms or barcodes, however despite these claims, they required me to mail in the forms and barcode lable.
This is the last time I buy from TigerDirect, use OnRebate.com or purchase a Hanns-G monitor if it requires a rebate for a competitive price. I am tired of these rebate rip-off's

Dear Customer,
In many cases customers do not know what the upc code should look like or what it is so they submit the UPS label or the vendor barcode instead of the upc.
Please send an email to nadina.urdaneta AT onrebate.com and I will gladly instruct you on how to resubmit for the UPC.
