According to Nicki Thomas, customer service manager for Onrebate, they had "a bad batch" of rebate checks that bounced on people, including myself who was stuck with a bank fee for the bounced check! After many hours on hold attempting to contact folks at onrebate and being reassured by her, Marte 2 weeks prior to her and Nadina Urdaneta that I would receive the bank fee, I still have nothing after almost 2 months of attempt. They are extremely hard to get in touch with, no one in charge is ever available, they don't return phone calls and don't seem to care that I will take this to the attorney general when reminded that bouncing checks is against federal law and mail fraud since the US Mail was used... The product was purchased through Tiger Outlet in Naperville, IL who says they can do nothing and to contact Onrebate at the number that puts you on hold for hours. Bad move for Tiger, as I have spent many thousands at their store, because I have not spent dime one since this check bounced!
