OnRebate.com Rebate never recieved Internet
On 06/09/2011 I purchased a new PNY video card from Tiger Direct. I filled all my rebate paperwork into the proper place, using the criteria and hoops you must jump through to get a rebate. it was approved 07/09/2011 by OnRebate.com. I never recieved the money, in any form. I have sent them several requests by em-mail, and have gotten nowhere. I only got a canned response saying they care, and thank yoy for contacting them. They make it extremely difficult to contact them. I just want my $30.00 now.

The registration site provides the information of to the payment which was mailed As An American Express Reward Card on 8/23/2011 .(www.4myrebate.com- Track a Rebate)
We can provide you additional information of a private nature to replace that card if you call Customer Service at 1-800-286-9146 and refer to your tracking number.
The address it was mailed to is what was provided on the rebate form you sent in. Please call the Customer Service number to verify your address so a replacement card can be sent.
