OnRebate denied my rebate because I failed to sign the rebate form. None of their instructions, terms and conditions, and requirements list a signature was needed. I sent them an email to which they did not respond in five days. I followed up with a call and talked to their customer service. I apologized for not signing the form but pointed out it was not a requirement. The rep indicated I could sign and fax the form to him and take care of this. I faxed form received a follow up call the next day indicating he received and everything should be taken care of, and someone would follow up with me. Over four weeks past with no follow up.

I tried to call OnRebate again repeatedly but get put on hold for 30 minutes and disconnected with no warning. I then followed up with another email including everything I been through, the person I talked through, and what I was told. I recived the following response:

Your rebate was denied for The Rebate was denied
Insufficient documentation - No signature on rebate form.. You must follow the terms and conditions in order to successfully redeem your rebate. If you do not have the required documentation as stated on the rebate form you will be denied

This company is ridiculous after everything I'm back to square one with them.
