my wife recieved an email after properly submitting all the information about a software bundle purchased with a computer at TIGERDIRECT.COM notifiing us that our rebate was denied due to insufficient paperwork; however the exact same procedure was followed for two other rebates made on the same purchase which were approved. This is a trick to get you to take the extra software as free then deny the rebate to get more sales of the software. on friday may 26, 2005 we recieved the following email after following the lenghty process for submitting a rebate request from onrebate.com
Dear Alicia Ospina,

Thank you for using onRebate.com. Our system indicates that your rebate application has been denied.

The following requirements were not met:

Insufficient documentation
We are unable to process your claim due to item not listed on invoice. (Wrong item number)
