Complaint Review: OnRebate.com

Applied for rebate. Mailed on April 17, 2006. Contacted one week later told there was a problem getting it out and would have accounts contact me in 48 hours not done. I called one week later still no information told that rebate had been sent out nothing in a week.
Called again week later still same song and dance told they would personally follow up on it and make sure... a week ago I was told that the rebate was mailed on Monday and I gave it until today.
These people lie and do not do what they say they will do. I would never deal with them again.
