Complaint Review: Onrebate

wow did i screw up i bought a product on the internet from tiger direct in decemember for christas 2005 they advertised a rebate then i screwwed myself big time and bought what seemed to be a good deal with rebate
i purchased the product with the rebate and it said file rebate online sounded good found rebate and registered it did all the processes they wanted on time had everything mailed in to them in january 2006 everything i did was on time didn't hear from them in feb emailed in march checked status said checked would be mailed soon said check would be mailed 4-29-2006 maybe they ment 2106 emailed support in may on the 29th and said no check has arrived

they informed me to wait 30 days from date mailed emailed them in june on 5th with all my info address phone # and they said they would check and see if the rebate check was cashed and if it was not they would send another one also include current info address maybe they don't read there emails or they have monkeys workin for them still have not seen rebate check emailed in july and gonna email them again today 8-12-06 maybe i will have it before christmas ha ha ha ha #$@%them never trust onrebate.com
