ONREBATE.COM RIPOFF FAILED TO PREFORM AS PROMISED BAD MANUFACTURER REP Miami Florida
Are manufacturers paying ONREBATE.COM to find ways not to pay rebates? Maybe they get a percent of those they can get out of.
Having filed for several rebates, several were paid without a hitch. But I have 3 that were rejected for some reason. Unfortunately I can't find out why.
I have emailed them and received an automated response only with a promise to be contacted within 72hours... That was two weeks ago.
I have called their 1-888 number, only to be placed on hold until the line goes dead (about 30 minutes later) and have done this at least 6 times on different days.
I think the company is not representing the manufacturers that issue the rebates very professionally. If the manufacturers did not want people to claim rebates as a reward for purchasing their products, they should not offer them, and certainly not use a bad company to represent them in this way.
