OnRebate.com ripoff: how far would they go to deny your rebate Miami Florida
I filed 3 rebates with OnRebate.
Sent them all on the same day, filled them all
at the same time. Only one was aproved. The
other 2 were denied, and they claimed that I
did not SIGN them !!!
On one of them (the one that invloved less
money, of course), they allowed me to re-fax
a signed form, but on the other one they
wouldn't even allow that.
I do not believe that the forms were unsigned.
I have copies at home of the signed forms.
I believe they are falsifying the forms, in
order to deny rebates.
I will NEVER, EVER, buy a product whose rebate
is handled by this company.

Dear Traian-
Please note that we have follow the guidelines given to us by manufacturers, some allow us to take resubmissions and some are more strict and do not allow us take make corrections. Since we are under contract we must abide by the rules they set for us.
We apologize for your frustration but if a vendor does not allow resubmissions then the situation is beyond our control.
