My Fiance bought me a new computer system for Christmas this year. The monitor (X2Gen/19"flat screen) had a $95.00 rebate offer. We sent in all the appropriate paperwork for the rebate and we sent it all in on time. Onrebate.coms web site states that we did not send the UPC label with our paperwork. We both know we cut it off the box and mailed it in to them.

I have been sending emails to tigerdirect.com and onrebate.com since January 2006 -- with no satisfaction. Onrebate.com does not answer my emails at all, and tigerdirect.com repeatidly tells me to send them all the original information over and over again. There is only one UPC label on a box--HELLO? And why should we keep spending more and more money to repeatidly send these two Companies the same items over and over again?

We should have had our rebate check sometime in January 2006. Here it is the end of March and we are still fighting with these people. I am coming very close to calling the Better Business Bureau and hiring and Attorney. The money i would have to pay an Attorney would justify the Companies false advertising rebates. Rebates that they do not want to actually pay Consumers.
