OnRebate.com - Tigerdirect rebate ripoff false claims fraudulent website Internet Nationwide
Over ten weeks and no payment. Claims have been received and everything approved for weeks and weeks, they will not process the payment. Went online and changed pay type to PayPal with the rapid refund option they gave me at a cost of 10% of the rebates. Site clearly states that you will get your refund within two business days. A week later and still no payment. Called customer service. Rep was quite rude and told me the claim couldn't be processed through the rapid refund, even though the website encouraged it (and also guarateed it) AND let me do it with no problems. He wouldn't patch me through to a manager (said all of them were at lunch) and wouldn't give me any more numbers to call. I will NEVER buy anything from TigerDirect or anyone who is affiliated with OnRebate.com. I have yet to receive ANY of my multiple rebates from OnRebate.com and the customer service is ridiculous. Buyers Beware!!!

Finally received rebates 12/07/05 after much complaining. Will still never buy from TigerDirect again. Very bad experience.
