OnRebate.com TigerDirect ripoff, no contact info, no explanations Miami Florida
Out of four rebates sent in to OnRebate, only one was paid. There never was any notification as to why the others (totalling $80) were not paid.
After searching their whole website for contact information, I ended up on the FAQ page. It had an email link to rebate@onrebate.com. The email bounced back 'host not found'. Then I tried support@onrebate.com - same result. Obviously they DON'T want to hear from the public in any way.
I have decided that the only way I can show my displeasure is to stop shopping on sites that use onrebate.com, including TigerDirect.Yes, they have good prices, but they're guilty of scamming the public too - guilt by association!
