Complaint Review: Onrebate.com

I made my purchase from newegg which was Plextor DVD Burner and applied for the rebate. Plextor dvd burner rebate from rebate.com newegg invoice #11681887
applied for 30-jun-05 received email from rebate.com that the rebate had been accepted ,Your Tracking Number is: PLGCMPLGD4P95MDA called 08-sep-05 and they said that I needed to give them invoice #, so I did (NO REBATE)

12-sep-05 received email from rebate.com that the rebate had been accepted, Your Tracking Number is: PLGCMPLGD4P95MDA called 06-oct-05 and they said nothing was wrong they didn't know why I was not getting the rebate but would process again. (NO REBATE)

06-oct-05 received email from rebate.com that the rebate had been accepted ,Your Tracking Number is: PLGCMPLGD4P95MDA

11-oct-05 received email from rebate.com that the rebate had been accepted, Your Tracking Number is: PLGCMPLGD4P95MDA Still no Rebate!

25oct05 Contacted newegg and received not much more than a form letter from (LaTia Youngblood Customer Service Representative).
