OnRebate fraud, deceptive marketing practices & racketeering by two subsidiaries of Systemax, Inc. ripoff Boca Raton Florida
The reports are so numerous that it would be redundant to report all of the details. Suffice it to say that: On August 11,I received email notification that my rebate submissions [6]had been approved--that I should receive them in 3-5 business days.
When no payment appeared, I wrote OnRebate.com: "Three weeks ago, I received email notification that most of my applied for rebates would be paid to my PayPal account within 3-5 business days. To date, they have not arrived. There was no indication whether the 3-5 days were consecutive, or spread over several weeks or months. Please advise."
After additional emails and numerous telephone calls, I have finally gotten one of the six rebates, promised.
Anybody interested in a class action RICO against Systemax and its subsidiaries: TigerDirect.com & OnRebate.com?
