OnRebate I didn't receive rebates though they were approved ripoff Boca Raton Florida

I have filed rebates for the computer and software I bought from TigerDirect.Com. They were totalling to $190. Rebates have been approved and I have received notification that I would receive them by checks within 8-10 weeks. After 10 weeks I wrote them first email, asking about rebates. No response or whatsoever. I tried to call them, but the only phone I have is 888-222-9300 which has no live operator attached to it. So, I could get only status information about the rebates I filed. THEY WERE APPROVED. That means that they agreed to pay me. So, no after more than 3 months of waiting and tons of emails I still didn't get my money. Where is it?

So, I have changed the payment method for 2 of three my rebates from checks to Paypal No-wait method. That boasted that I would get money in 3-5 days. After a week there's still nothing deposited on my Paypal account. Also third rebate which has to be mailed check has not been mailed to me. I checked with my post office and they couldn't say whether or not they delivered this mail to me, because they don't have any record. But I receive all my bills, newspapers and a lot of other stuff via mail. So, I don't see any reason why this particular mail should be lost on its way to my house.

I am leaving in PA, but if I lived in FL I would come to their office and ask them personally where are my rebates.

In the very last email I have sent them I pointed out that there are organizations such as Better Business Bureau of Southeast Florida and County Consumer Protection Office that would probably be interested in such "business" behaviour.
