I purchased a wireless USB adapter from Microcenter in August. I files a claim with onrebate and it was approved to be distributed in October. Well they never put the finds in my paypal account. I have called twice since them. They keep telling me that next month they'll refund the money. Well, the due date on the last time they told me they would transfer the money was Thursday Dec 14. Didn't see the funds. Tried to call Fri. Phone at this point just rang and rang. Tried to call again on Monday. Sat in the hold queue for 1:44 minutes. Finally the phone just hung up. So now I'm at the point where they won't even pick up the phone.
