I bought a X2gen monitor from Tiger Direct, and was promised a rebate from www.onrebate.com for $ 95.00 , I sent in the upc codes, the receipt, filled out every thing right, got my letter of confrimation, it had all been aprooved & accepted, and my check was sent out and would take up to 2 weeks for me to receive it!

hahaha 8 weeks later I emailed them again after email Tiger Direct and telling them I had not gotten my rebate, and asked why they don't stand behind there rebates! Then the song & dance started, fax this, call this number, LOL I called the number for rebate.com every day for a week! was on hold for over 3 hours, they would pick it up, and hang up, I would hit redial and same thing for over 3 hours every time, I even called Tiger and let the rep from there hear this, LOL " I can't say anything" I said what do you mean it is part of your company, it does rebates for you, it is harming your company name !

I even asked him what does it take to get my check ? do I return the monitor to you ? to get my money back? Oh sorry ! now you will have to re-turn it to the manufactor! LOL! I will never buy another thing from Tiger or any one offering a rebate again!
