I bought a virus program with a 40.00 rebate due from Frys.com. Iwas very careful about the rebate form that I sent in and followed instructions to a tee. Onrebate claimed that I did not include the bar code with what I sent in which is a bald-faced lie. I made a copy of the sales receipt that was sent in but did not make a copy of the bar code as I never have had problems with rebates before with the exception of taking forever to get them sometimes. I went on a few sires about onrebate and found this was their biggest excuse about not paying rebates. I will never,ever buy anything else that has a rebate involved.

This includes but not limited to incomplete rebate forms, absence of upc barcode, no invoice or receipt and invalid offer codes.
