I ordered a monitor that had a $70.00 rebate, I got all the paper work together and sent it in plenty of time before the mail date, I work 6 days a week and in my hurry I forgot to sign it, they did not send it back for me to sign nor did they even notify me that they were not going to pay it, to this day they have not notified me that they denied the rebate, I saw it when I checked the website tracking.

They con you into buying their product promising a rebate and then they don't give you the rebate, that is like stealing what belongs to the consumer. (This is like false advertisement, they promise you a rebate then they find a reason to keep it) They give you a phone number but they will not answer it, I have tried to call several times, the automatic answer kicks on and tells you how important your call is to them, 30 minutes later they shut the phone off, I have called them right back and the same thing happens, they play their recording for 30 minutes then shut you off, and I have tried this several times and it is always the same thing.

I called Tiger Direct about the problem and they lied to me too, said they would call onrebate and have them get back with me, well guess what, that hasn't happened either.

When I receive calalogs from Tiger Direct they will hit the trash and when they send me e-mails they will hit the trach bin also, I will not purchase anymore products from them if this is the way they are going to treat their customers. I will buy local.

Consider peoples complaints before you buy from Tiger Direct and their rebate system.

on rebate gave me the chance to sign my paper and gave me my rebate after filing a complaint with rip-off, thank you on rebate, I do think in the future you should notify people if they forget to sign the papers, some people are honest and try to do right but just forget, especially when they have a busy life. Thanks again
