I purchased a computer from Tiger Direct whereby they promised rebates for the computer. I followed all of the procedures to get the rebate and it was actually accepted in OnRebate's system. Well, it's been three months, and no rebate. I also used the No-Wait rebate option which promises delivery within 7 days. I've called them about 5 times and sent 5 or so e-mails. When I actually get someone on the phone (after waiting on hold 20 minutes), they tell me the check will be cut today. I've heard this for two months and guess what, no check!

I think both OnRebate and Tiger Direct are total scams! I'm essentially writing off my 100.00 rebate.

Please take my advice and don't use OnRebate! The customer service is horrible and they will totally lie!
