Ordered hand forklift to easily lift 300lbs on Jan 6, 2019. Paid $89.90 by credit card. Email said that the payment was taken by Credit debit card hitrustpay. The email with my order information said that it is for a Back-Saving Forestry Multi-tool . Received an email that my order #1772 was getting ready to be shipped.
A month later, received a package from China Post with a Data line for a HandPoweredForkliftLetsYouEasilyLiftOver300lbsof. (Typed the description the same as on the package - no spaces) Tried to review my order on the computer. Got a 404 error. There is no working tracking link on the email, so sent an email by replying to the email that I received.
No response. Sent another email to bozenasobczak241585@gmail.com No response. Called the number on the package. Not a working phone number. Called the phone number on the website. Not a working phone number.
