Recently my wife and I were shopping for both home furniture and front office furniture for our new business.

We found the Ontario Furniture SuperStore which is family owned and operated.

We purchased furniture. Upon delivery, the furniture was defective and put together with dry wall screws which were very visible from the outside and unacceptable. Therefore, we called the Ontario Furniture SuperStore and requested that a new item be delivered as a replacement. They wanted to send out a furniture repair person to fix it instead of sending a new item. We insisted on a replacement item or a full refund. Via E-mail, the Ontario Furniture Superstore refused to pick up the desk even though they were paid for the delivery. They offered us a full refund after doing nothing for 30 days from the delivery date. No Customer service was offered at all.

I brought the item back to Ontario Furniture SuperStore to personally return it. I was greeted by , Hello and then the salesman proceeded to say, YOUR WIFE IS A BI**H!! for absolutely no reason or justification. I assume that he did not like us insisting on a refund via E-mail. As you can imagine, when I defended my wife, my conversation escalated very quickly to yelling and other harsh words. They acted immaturely by getting into my face and threating to call the cops.
