Complaint Review: Ontario Securities Commission

I was framed and pushed into bankruptcy by a Russian group headed by Vadim Tsatskin who perjured himself, who stopped paying me because I refused to support his fraudulent activites  and framed me as the owner of his company, namely Global Energy Group Limited, an IBC which he registered in the Bahamas in 2005 as sole proprietor and executive.  He had a hacker, another Russian, named Mark Grinshpun in total control of the database.  He had a low life lawyer in the US, who I was advised was an up and up lawyer who handled all the business through his own company as escrow agent and was responsible to contact all the securities agencies to do the proper filings.  His father was named owner as his Canadian company, named GVC Marketing. 

I worked tirelessly to insure that all what was required was executed to the letter of the law.  When Vadim would not answer my questions, I contacted Bryan Coffman, the bogus lawyer in Kentucky.  I could not get any right answers and then Coffman stopped taking my calls or returning my calls when I wanted  confirmation of the legitimacy of the project.

I tried to right the legitimacy of the operation and all my efforts were blocked.

I was pushed to the limit, and my life ceased to exist as I was pushed beyond human limits.

I left the company and reported Vadim Tsatskin to the police.

However in 2009, when the OSC published their case against Global Energy Group Limited long after my departure and reporting Vadim Tsatskin and all the Russians to the police, together with a convincted felon, Michael Schaumer who I tried to block joining the company, I was named incorrectly as the owner of Vadim Tsatskin's company and my name headed the roster.

I had no way to protect myself and no funds to access to retain a lawyer to protect me as I was bankrupt.  When I was approached by Tom Anderson in July 2009, I advised him that I had reported Vadim Tsatskin and the Russians plus Michael Schaumer to the police and I had been severely abused and feared for my life, and I wanted to side with the prosecution to insure that Vadim Tsatskin and the Russians could not continue to terrorize people in the Western World and steal their money, nothing was exercised by the OSC. 

In retrospect, I realized that Vadim Tsatskin had made friends with Wayne Vandeerlaan and somehow with his close to $ 10,000,000 which he stole from investors was able to grease the palms of Wayne Vanderlaan and set me up as a trusting fool to avoid having to take responsibilty of any sort.

My life is finished.  I was held under suicide watch in a psychicatric institution in 2010 for over three months.  I have little interest in being alive.  I am 58 years old and little interest in the future.

I was released and tried to start something new.  However, because of a mental illness I had developed from the abuse, I was not able to take care of my elder sister, who was my nearest and dearest friend through my 58 years and for my mother, my only living close relative and I could not focus on work and ended up again under suicide watch in September 2011 once again.

Prior to being introduced to Vadim Tsatskin by Robert Geller in 2006, I never suffered from mental illness of any sort or kind.

My life is hell.  My best friend, my only sibling and the best older sister anyone could hope for was robbed from me, because I was to sick to save her.  And then. my mother, my only trusted friend and nearest relative alive is failing fast and she hates the nursing home where she is and I have no financial capabilities despite our family contacts at high levels of the Ontario and Federal level of governments who I can call upon to help us.

My excellent credit rating is gone, my private banking is gone, everything is gone and I am close to be homeless.

The OSC has sided with Vadim Tsatskin, a convicted felon.  I have had a clear record all my life.

I need the public's help in saving me.

God help me please and please help my beloved mother.

If I cannot pull the right help together by mid-December, I have all the sources necessary to pass with helium peacefully in three minutes to join my beloved sister.
