ONTRENDSPOWER CARDEMODA SELVILLA FAILED TO SEND MY PURCHASE ORDER ES Internet
- I saw this ad on Facebook about cheap mini personal portable air conditioners and they were on sale buy 2 for $12.95 each. So I ordered them and this company took money out of my account and sent me a email confirmation but I never received one on estimated delivery or even if it has shipped yet. The ad says it usually leaves the warehouses in 3-5 days and will be shipped to my home in 3-4 weeks.
- While I ordered it on 7/9/18 and they took my money out that same day and still no word on my order. I have emailed them 3 times already and no response. I called my bank to confirm if it was a legit site because I havent heard from them and they said it was based in Spain and that they havent had any complaints but rest assure I will be calling my bank back after seeing how many times this company has RIPPED OFF CUSTOMERS!!! I will never buy anything that is advertised on Facebook again!! Close their site down so no other customers are ripped off ever again!!
