Ontrendspower did not ship the products ordered and will not respond to any emails.

On July 18, 2018, I ordered 4 Smart Air Coolers from the company Ontrendspower.com with a credit card. The receipt said the shipment would be shipped out in three to four days. With an expected arrival date of 3 - 4 weeks.

I have contacted the company now 3 times via email. I have repeatedly asked for a status update on the shipment or a tracking number. No response. Contacting my credit card company to get my money back.
