So I read their instructions carefully and uploaded all the files they asked me for including all the HTML and CSS for the site I wanted, about 80% complete. I also made the accounts they requested and gave them the "access" they required for the website where the files would actually reside.

After a week they had done 4 hours of work and they never even bothered to look at all the files I carefully compiled an uploaded and didn't ask any questions about the instructions I sent.

Why have me do all the work to upload the files and then NOT LOOK AT THEM. I kept waiting for the questions that should have come and asked to make sure that my instructions were clear. They didn't have time for that...

The service rep tried to pass it off like it was somehow my fault and never explained how it is that they never looked at the files. Then he started complaining that I hadn't given him "access" and asked me repeatedly for the same information that was in the file I originally uploaded for them. Again, he made it seem like it was my problem, when I gave them all the information up front and the information I ultimately gave him was the exact same. The guy was being a dork and refused to go look and see that I had already given it to him. Again, why make me go through all the hassle of uploading files that you never look at. Didn't save me time or money.

The attitude was the worst. Not a single apology for not looking at the HTML and CSS files I sent, and no explanation, either. Then they jerked me around for a few more days, knowing I was on a deadline. Michael even said I shouldn't be concerned, and told me not to work on my own project or they weren't going to continue working on it. I told him I would stop working on it and I did, but fortunately I didn't believe him and found (((competitor's name redacted))) that day.

Then I get an email from them, they are sorry "Production" didn't have time to do the work. So much for me not being concerned and very glad I found (((redacted))), first!!! I knew they were going to drop the ball, I could feel it from their snotty attitude. From the looks of it and the emails I was getting in the middle of the night, it is hard for me to believe that these people are in Oregon or understand plain English very well.

It was a beginning to end fiasco and they had no sense of "customer service".

They said they weren't going to "hold my money hostage" but they held the project and didn't do squat on it after I deposited $600 in an account for a simple web page.

I can see making a mistake, but they weren't at all concerned about it or in any rush to fix it.

They were very very very very sloooooow and did crappy work to boot. Run....

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome. CLICK here to see why Rip-off Report, as a matter of policy, deleted either a phone number, link or e-mail address from this Report. In this case we removed an alleged competitors name

So now they are going to post confidential information

ONYUM is offering to share an archive of private communications deliverable of THEIR CUSTOMERS.   They say on the bottom of ever communication that it is confidential, intended only for the intended recipient (I have copies of all the communications that say this at the bottom) yet here they are offering to share their clients protected information.

Clearly your business information is not safe with them.

The confidentiality of your data does not exist.   If you complain about your experience of their poor services (somebody else completed the job in 2 hours) they don't like it and all of the sudden your information is going to be freely available to anybody on the internet.

Why do they bother to put that nice big confidentiality disclaimer on the bottom of all their archives.?

No wonder people are setting up dummy accounts, if that's what the other person whose data Kim is offering to freely share with you did.   This is twice now that these people have offered their customers private communications.   You could be next!

This service just got a lot worse!  This is actually the most outrageous thing I have ever seen.  Attached is a copy of the disclaimer they use.  Compare it to Kim's offering for anybody to see the communications!   WOW!

Also, I checked and is is even harder to believe these people are in Oregon, when their company is registered in Wyoming, one of the few states that allows offshore companies to incorporate.  Why go to all that effort to make it look like you are in Beaverton, Oregon, when your company isn't registered as doing business in the state of Oregon?   That seems like deceptive advertising!
