Horrible scam. advertised on radio and newspapers. held conferences in hotels saying that for 6K they will help you master the art of real estate investing. classes are a joke. they give you an almost empty notebook with lousy filler. and then try to sell their own properties to you! A total conflict of interest! Then they email all members and try to get them to invest in their coyote ugly bar franchise, and monavie MLM! Don't go near these people - they are scam artists and thieves!
