Onyx communications d/b/a AZUCAR Phone Cards lousy attitude rip-off
I am Cuban American with great difficulties to call my family in Cuba, since we can get thru with any of the telephone services (AT@T, etc.), we have to go with the phone cards sold thru retailers, this one AZUCAR, advertise 30 minutes for $10, I bought it, they don't returned your money, I bought the card Saturday and tried several times unsuccessfully.
The card advertises they won't deduct any minute until you get connected... no so lucky, out of the sudden from one day to the other, the card went to only 16 minutes available, I called customer service and took me a while to have somebody answer the phone, with a lousy attitude and told me they were not going to return any money back to that card and that they charge SIX CENTS for every time I tried to make a phone call... I had to call more than 100 times to reach that level!... how come somebody can make business doing rip-off like that.
Stay away from Onyx communications and the AZUCAR phone card. Please let me know the authority I have to address to file my complaint! Thank you.
