Having very thin hair, I was intrigued by the come-on of free hair thickener. Until I got it and discovered you are not only billed 89.95 if you keep it, but they continue sending it monthly unless you return it within 30 days. Upon calling for the RTA, they tried to get me to keep it by lowering the price to $39.95. I told them I did not like the way they do business and would not keep it. As they say, "there is no free lunch". Its a shame too, as the product seemed good, the one time I used it!
