Complaint Review: Ooma

Ooma Enrolled me in a Premier service I was not aware of. Never received refferal reward. Internet

I receive emails from Ooma weekly to refer friends and family. I took them up on their offer. There was no place on their website to put in the refferal code, so I called in to make sure I would receive the refferal reward. I never received the reward. Instead they enrolled me in their $12 a month Premier service without my knowledge. I reached out to customer service, which was no help.
