I purchased the Open Adder program for myspace contact management. It initially did work, but it was glitchy, and then quickly quit working at all. I submitted several tech support requests with no helpful responses and finally asked for a refund. They simply never responded back and closed every ticket I opened as resolved.
However, they did contine to spam me with solicitation emails for other software products they wanted to sell me.
They also sent me an email with a link to send to people recommending the program with the offer of a 50% commission for each person who also bought the program. AS it did work initially i recommended it to three people bought who the program but was never paid the commission.
Absolute rip off from start to finish with this company, how are they not prosecutable?
