I agree with the recent posting concerning Open Box Savings.
The item was improperly packaged and we received it broken.
It was a hassle to contact the company. When we did contact them they requested a 4 digit order number. We never received that number via pay pal or amazon. So we were unable to obtain a refund.
We managed to dispute the charge on our credit card!
Do not order from Open Box savings!
