Complaint Review: Open Business Directory Ltd.

This company stated that I authorized them to advertise for my business and sent me a bill for over $1,238.00.  They had already gotten me a couple of years ago ...so I wouldn't authorize them to rip me off again.

Now they are calling and sending letters..supposedly from Switzerland...somewhere...because there is no real address to mail anything to them ...and they have a collection center in Dubai..also not a complete address. 

They try to get you to pay over the phone, and rudely harrass you with phone calls. whlie trying to run a business.

Don't even give them your name.
